Arduino based Preamplifer

Arduino based preamplifier unit containing:
  • Arduino UNO + basic I/O shield
  • 20x4 LCD (I2C)
  • relay board for input selection
  • relay board for power control to 2 x miniDSP boards
  • motorized potentiometer + motor control board
  • IR receiver
  • RJ45 port for connecting with amplifier power distribution box

Allows to power up/down amps, select audio input, and control volume using IR remote.  Utilized in my HT setup. Volume can go up to 11.

AC Controller

UNO + LCD Shield + Relay + Thermistor

Thermostat dedicated for AC control.

Allows to define duration of ON-OFF cycles in order to better control power consumption and RH levels.



Energy Use And Temperature Monitor

Duct booster fan control, air circulation fan control.

Will (hopefully) allow to better control temperature in the addition of our house, and reduce the temperature differential between basement and main floor.
