OOD and OOP in .Net. I was part of the team responsible for designing and developing software for scheduling (SPM) and collection (EDGE) of environmental data for EQuIS. I also worked on EQuIS Live product for collection of real-time sensor data (Industrial IoT) as a Project Manager. Currently I am the Software Architect for EQuIS Collect, a new cross-platform mobile solution for collection of field data and sensor data with a web based configuration tool.

CRA - Software developer at an environmental engineering consulting company (Conestoga-Rovers & Associates). More OOD and OOP of software for environmental data collection, this time in .Net. Remediation data collection software, school health & safety inspections, biological life surveying, GPS guidance and underwater data collection. Desktop, mobile and web. Excellent exposure to multitude of different project areas.
Research Assistant @ University of Windsor
2004 - 2006
MEMFLAB - Research assistant at University of Windsor Earth Sciences department. First job after graduating university. OOD and OOP (in Java) of a data collection applications for mobile and desktop computers. Sensors, GPS, RF modems, rugged handhelds. Tested application in real world conditions such as data collection in cold rain, with socks as gloves, loosing feeling in fingers, unable to see the screen. Very challenging area. I like it.
